This afternoon we were slogging around Minatitlan in the sweltering heat, looking for a suitable hotel and beginning to despair, when a charming guy on his Vespa (Ivvan) came to our rescue. He led us to his family’s hotel about 10 kms from Minatitlan, where there was secure parking and a very comfortable, air conditioned room, plus wirefree Internet access. Luxury! Thanks Ivvan!!!
