Last night was one of our more unusual accommodation stops – we were the guests of the Antigua police force. Travellers can camp in the police compound (very secure) right in the centre of town for nothing. So, not a bad deal.

We shared the toilet and shower block with the police, who were very friendly and enthusiastic about our bikes.
Tomorrow we cross the Guatemala – El Salvador border at Paso El Jobo / Las Chinamas.
El Salvador here we come!
